Tom Skahen - President/Case Manager

Tom has been working with people who are homeless since 2013 and has held positions as a volunteer and Board Member for Living Waters in Lowell, MA. While volunteering at Living Waters Tom helped start a program to transition people suffering from homelessness into housing utilizing his real estate advocacy skills. Tom has also served as a Case Manager and Financial Peace Instructor for St. Vincent de Paul of St. Catherine's in Westford. Tom is the CEO of Streamline Communities, LLC a new homes real estate advisory, marketing, and sales service that supports social responsibility via Home Restart, Inc. 

Dianne Walsh - Vice President - LICSW/Case Manager

Dianne is the Director of Perkins Behavioral Health Clinic in Lancaster, MA, a multi-disciplinary community-based clinic that provides a variety of therapies, psychological testing and medication management for individuals with a variety of mental health issues. She has additionally been an outpatient CBT therapist for 10 years. In her position with BH, Dianne is responsible for oversight of all therapists and psychiatrists, and the allocation of their services; as well as management of the office and coordination of the budget, the allocation of the physical resources of the office. She has been certified by the courts as an expert on the impact of trauma on development, assessment of strengths and needs for individuals & families and the symptoms and treatment of trauma and PTSD. Dianne specializes in treating trauma including physical and sexual abuse, emotional maltreatment and neglect; grief and loss, working with adolescents, major mental illness and parenting. Dianne has been involved with community service on a local and regional level for over 20 years. Most recently she volunteered as one of the logistics coordinators for the High School Mission Trip which is a service-oriented trip that takes 150 adults and children for a weeklong experience.

Robin Miller - Secretary/Case Manager

Robin began his service to others in 2011 as a member of the St. Vincent de Paul conference at St. Catherine Church, where he continues in his role as a Client/Case Manager. Robin has been blessed to walk with dozens of families and individuals as they pull themselves up and recover from their temporary setbacks and challenges. Along the way, Robin has been an active participant in High School and Young Adult Mission Trips, which he thoroughly enjoys attending with his two sons and daughter.

Patricia Kelley - Treasurer

Patricia's experience with accounting in the marketing and sales world serves a great benefit to the Home Restart team. She has worked for Streamline Communities for over 12 years as the Controller.

Alicyn Skahen - Advisor/Co-Founder

Allie has a Bachelor of Science in Community and International Development at the University of Vermont. She is highly seasoned in professional non-profit work and offers unique perspectives in outreach and community development. Alicyn is a past Intern for Mill City Grows located in Lowell. She was integral in setting up Home Restart Inc.  

 

Stacey Browne - Advisor/Case Manager

Stacey is currently the VP of the Corporate Strategy Team at Berkshire Bank. She has a passion for giving back and getting involved with outreach efforts that are near and dear to her heart. She has been a long-time rider/volunteer of the Pan-Mass Challenge and now leads the Berkshire Bank PMC Sponsorship and riding team. She is an active volunteer in the community and also is a coordinator for the High School Mission Trips. This is an annual service-oriented trip that takes 150 adults and children for a week-long experience to serve underprivileged communities with various work projects and support. Stacey is excited to bring her passion and use her skills in coaching and mentoring, to support Home Restart's efforts to transition people who are homeless into housing, one person at a time. 

Attorney Robert W. Anctil - Advisor

Rob Anctil is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He leads his firm's real estate practice group. The real estate team offers a full spectrum of real estate services representing individuals and developers in all aspects of real estate. The team focuses on commercial, residential, condominium development, zoning, land use planning, acquisition, sales, and financing. Whether you are a lender, buyer, seller, or real estate developer, the team will work with you to implement cost-effective approaches to meet your goals in a time-sensitive professional manner. Attorney Anctil also represents numerous subcontractors and material suppliers in Collection and Mechanic Lien Actions. Attorney Anctil actively serves on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Builders Association, the Nashua Watershed Association, the Lawrence Academy Alumni Association, and the Emerson Hospital Corporation. Rob lives in Groton with his two children Travis and Kendra, and his wife Pia.
